With over 25 years of experience leading startups, turnarounds, and global divisions of a Fortune 600 company, he has built, scaled, and transformed businesses of all sizes across the Medical Device and Food & Beverage industries. Throughout his career, one belief has remained constant: Talent is every organization’s most valuable asset. Brad understands firsthand that intentional investment into your team drives engagement, boosts retention, and fuels growth for long-term success. That conviction led him to found C4 HR Solutions— bringing an enterprise-level HR mindset and support to small and mid-sized businesses in a way that’s accessible, affordable, and built to scale. Today, he’s passionate about helping SMBs harness the full potential of their people and scaling mission- driven organizations.
Toni is a seasoned CHRO and is currently serving as the Founder and CEO of ConsortHR. Toni brings over 30 years of human resources experience across multiple industries specializing in HR systems, organizational design, employment law, compliance, and supporting businesses through M&A (Angie’s List and Lids). Toni has spent the better part of her career as a HR leader in the Software and Technology Industries
